A flavorful baked chicken dish glazed with honey and balsamic vinegar, served with tender roasted potatoes.
Ingredients

pure honey

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper. Mix honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and olive oil.
Arrange potatoes in dish, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Place chicken on potatoes, pour glaze over everything. Add herbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C). Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
