A quick and flavorful chicken stir fry with vibrant vegetables and a savory sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Water and Rice

Instructions
Boil water, add rice. Simmer 20–25 mins, then rest 5 mins.
Mix soy, sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes. Marinate chicken 15–30 mins.
Heat 15ml oil in wok. Stir fry vegetables 4–5 mins. Set aside.
Add 15ml oil. Sear chicken 2 mins per side.
Add vegetables and marinade. Stir, boil, reduce 5–7 mins until thick and chicken is cooked.
Serve over rice.
Notes
Use high heat and keep stirring for best results.
