Delicious and easy Greek-inspired chicken wraps perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ Tbsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste black pepper
  • 6 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1.8 lbs.)

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt

For the Filling

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber cucumber
  • ¼ red onion red onion
  • 6 pieces flatbread
  • 10 oz hummus

Instructions 

  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  • Cook chicken in a skillet until fully cooked, then rest and slice.
  • Combine Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and salt to make the sauce.
  • Dice cucumber, halve grape tomatoes, and slice red onion.
  • Spread hummus on flatbread, add chicken and vegetables, drizzle with sauce, then roll.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Marinate chicken at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
