A flavorful and juicy chicken dish infused with lemon and herbs, perfect for a quick dinner or entertaining guests.

Instructions
Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, mustard, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
Marinate chicken thighs for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place chicken in a baking dish and pour marinade over.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through and skin is crispy.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
