¼cuplemon juice
4clovesgarlic gloves (minced)

2teaspoonsDijon mustard

Instructions
Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, mustard, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place chicken in a baking dish and pour remaining marinade on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 175°F (80°C). Baste occasionally and broil for 2-3 minutes for crispy skin.
