A quick and healthy layered parfait combining creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries; fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Rinse and dry fresh berries or thaw frozen berries slightly.
  • Add a layer of Greek yogurt to a glass or bowl.
  • Top with berries and granola, then repeat layers.
  • Finish with berries and granola, then drizzle honey if desired.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh berries for the best flavor, and adjust honey to taste.
