A delicious and healthy parfait layered with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh pears, crunchy walnuts, and a touch of honey and spices.
Ingredients

vanilla bean Greek yogurt

pear, chopped small

chopped walnuts
honey
to taste
honey, for drizzling
Spices
to taste
ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
to taste
ground ginger, for sprinkling
Instructions
Add 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a parfait glass.
Top with chopped pears, then sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger.
Add chopped walnuts and drizzle with honey.
Repeat layers, then top with a dollop of yogurt.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
Notes
Use ripe pears for the best flavor and texture.
