A delicious and healthy parfait layered with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh pears, crunchy walnuts, and a touch of honey and spices.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla bean Greek yogurt
  • 1 piece pear, chopped small
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • honey to taste honey, for drizzling

Spices

  • to taste ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
  • to taste ground ginger, for sprinkling

Instructions 

  • Add 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of a parfait glass.
  • Top with chopped pears, then sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger.
  • Add chopped walnuts and drizzle with honey.
  • Repeat layers, then top with a dollop of yogurt.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 6 hours.

Notes

Use ripe pears for the best flavor and texture.
