Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola (preferably nutty or with oats)
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 4-5 pieces fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional, for added protein and texture)
  • a pinch ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl and spread evenly.
  • Arrange berries and banana slices on top of the yogurt.
  • Add granola and sprinkle seeds over the bowl.
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
