Ingredients

  • 6 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey (preferably local)
  • 0.5 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Instructions 

  • Rinse berries gently and slice larger ones if needed.
  • Scoop yogurt into a bowl and drizzle with honey.
  • Mix honey into yogurt until combined.
  • Add berries on top of the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the berries.
  • Optional: Drizzle additional honey for extra sweetness. Enjoy!
