(washed and chopped (about 3 heads))

Instructions
Prepare chicken: tenderize, season, and grill for 10 minutes total, then rest.
Make dressing: blend all dressing ingredients until smooth.
Assemble salad: toss chopped lettuce with dressing and cheeses, top with croutons.
Slice chicken into strips and place on top of salad.
