A flavorful and healthy grilled chicken served with a creamy yogurt sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or dried dill)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

To taste

  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with spices, salt, and pepper; let sit for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, and garlic to make the sauce.
  • Rest grilled chicken for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with yogurt sauce.

Notes

Marinating longer enhances flavor. Garnish with parsley if desired.
