Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Mix garlic, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika to make marinade. Coat chicken and refrigerate 30 mins.
Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper; bake for 25-30 mins until crispy.
Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 6-7 mins per side until cooked through.
Slice chicken, serve over greens with fries, drizzle remaining marinade.
