Ingredients

oil

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

garlic

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

ground beef

  • 0.25 pound lean ground beef

spices

  • 1 tsp 7 spice
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

eggs

  • 8 large large eggs

parsley

  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add ground beef and spices; cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
  • Crack eggs on top and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, folding lightly.
  • Transfer to a dish, sprinkle parsley, and serve.
