tomato paste

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in zucchini and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste or diced tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes, simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in herbs, serve hot with cheese or parsley.
