hot honey

Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
Add minced onion to the beef and cook until softened, then stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
Whisk hot honey, soy sauce, and rice beverage in a small bowl to make the sauce.
Pour sauce over beef mixture, simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened, then serve over rice with vegetables and garnishes.
Notes
