Instructions
Cook rice in water with a pinch of salt until tender, about 15 minutes.
Cook ground turkey in sesame oil until browned, then add green onions and red pepper flakes, cook 1-2 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic powder; add to turkey and cook until thickened.
Add carrots and cabbage, cover, and cook 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Stir in most green parts of onions and sauce, cook 2-3 minutes to coat and thicken.
Divide rice into containers, top with turkey mixture, garnish with green onion, cilantro, and lime wedges.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
