Instructions
Whisk all bang bang sauce ingredients in a small bowl; chill until ready.
Cook ground turkey in sesame oil until browned; add remaining ingredients (except cornstarch) and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Thicken mixture with cornstarch, stir in some bang bang sauce if desired, then serve over rice with vegetables and garnish.
