Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin beef

Rice

  • 4 cups cooked short-grain Japanese rice

Sauces & Seasonings

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions 

  • Slice the beef and cook the rice.
