A moist and flavorful spice bread packed with pumpkin, apple, carrot, and warm spices, perfect for cozy mornings or snacks.

Wet ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine and fold in walnuts.
Pour batter into pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cover with foil halfway if needed.
Cool completely before removing from pan. Store at room temperature for 3-4 days or refrigerate up to 10 days.
Notes
Loosely cover the bread with foil during baking to prevent heavy browning.
