A delicious and healthier banana bread packed with chocolate chips, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then mix in eggs, oat flour, coconut sugar, oil, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Stir in chocolate chips into the batter, then pour into the prepared loaf pan.
Top with extra chocolate chips and bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
