A delicious and healthier banana bread packed with chocolate chips, perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3 pieces spotty bananas
  • 2 pieces eggs

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour (see above for instructions)
  • 0.5 cup coconut sugar
  • 0.25 cup oil (avocado oil)
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • few shakes cinnamon

Chocolate Chips

  • to taste chocolate chips (for batter and topping)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl, then mix in eggs, oat flour, coconut sugar, oil, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • Stir in chocolate chips into the batter, then pour into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Top with extra chocolate chips and bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
