honey (raw or organic)

Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and pat dry.
Toss chicken with oil, salt, pepper, and cornstarch if using.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook chicken for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar until smooth.
Coat cooked chicken with sauce, then return to air fryer for 2 minutes for extra glaze.
Serve warm, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, toss chicken in cornstarch before cooking.
