Ingredients

Oats

  • 0.5 cup rolled or old fashioned oatmeal

Liquid

  • 0.5 cup unsweetened, plain or vanilla almond milk
  • 0.25 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

Sweetener

  • 1 tsp honey

Fruit and Spices

  • 0.5 cup apple
  • 0.75 tsp cinnamon or apple pie spice

Instructions
