  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • pinch salt
