A delicious and healthy baked tilapia recipe with a crunchy crust, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 Pound Tilapia

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • 8 Tablespoons Parmesan & Romano Cheese (Grated)

Crackers

  • 20 Crackers Ritz Crackers

Oils & Liquids

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1-3 Squirts Lemon Juice (Pier Piece)

Instructions 

  • Crush Ritz Crackers.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour olive oil into another bowl.
  • Coat tilapia with olive oil, then dip in bread crumb mixture.
  • Place tilapia on a greased baking sheet and cover with remaining crumbs.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
  • Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 8-12 minutes.

Notes

Ensure fish is cooked through and crispy before serving.
