Instructions
Crush Ritz Crackers.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Pour olive oil into another bowl.
Coat tilapia with olive oil, then dip in bread crumb mixture.
Place tilapia on a greased baking sheet and cover with remaining crumbs.
Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 8-12 minutes.
