Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and grease a 1.5 qt casserole dish.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth.
Pour batter into the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a handful of nuts or a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking.
