Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pcs ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and grease a 1.5 qt casserole dish.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Pour batter into the dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a handful of nuts or a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking.
