These healthy banana brownies are moist, chocolatey, and packed with wholesome ingredients, perfect for a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 pieces ripe bananas
  • 200 g Greek yogurt ((or thick yogurt))
  • 80 g coconut sugar
  • 60 g oat flour
  • 90 g cocoa powder
  • 80 g dark chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Mash bananas until smooth, then mix in Greek yogurt and coconut sugar.
  • Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  • Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool before slicing into squares.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
