These delicious and nutritious energy balls are perfect for a quick snack or a healthy treat, packed with oats, cacao, and seeds.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

cup
rolled oats
(use gluten-free if desired)

tablespoons
cacao or cocoa powder

pitted
dates

tablespoons
hulled hemp seeds

chia seeds

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

water
(add gradually until mixture is sticky)
Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients in a food processor.
Add vanilla extract and gradually add water until mixture becomes a sticky solid.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
