Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Mix oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk together coconut oil, egg, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup; combine with dry ingredients.
Chill dough for 30 minutes, then scoop onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Press remaining chocolate chips on top and bake for 10-13 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
Chilling the dough helps prevent spreading during baking.
