A delicious and healthy fudge made with dark chocolate and coconut yogurt, perfect for a quick treat.

Ingredients

Chocolate

  • 1 1/2 cups 60% dark chocolate (about 270g)

Yogurt

  • 3/4 cup THICK coconut yogurt or Greek-style yogurt (unsweetened vanilla)
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • to taste Chopped nuts, dried fruit, etc.

Instructions 

  • Melt chocolate until smooth using a double boiler or microwave.
  • Mix melted chocolate with yogurt and vanilla until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and add toppings if desired.
  • Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours.
  • Cut into pieces and store in the freezer. Enjoy!

Notes

Use very thick yogurt for best texture. Add nuts or dried fruit for extra flavor.
