Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 0.67 cups oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup milk

Add-ins

  • 1.5 cups blueberries
  • optional extra sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry, fold in blueberries, add more milk if needed.
  • Spoon batter into muffin tins, sprinkle with sugar if desired, and bake for 17-20 minutes.
