Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley or dill)

Instructions 

  • Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  • Marinate chicken: coat breasts with marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill chicken 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with extra yogurt sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs on top before serving.
