A delicious and healthy fudge made with protein powder and natural ingredients, perfect for a quick snack or treat.

Ingredients

dry ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

wet ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 + 3 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 24 drops liquid stevia

Instructions 

  • Line a pan with wax paper.
  • Mix all ingredients until dough forms.
  • Press dough into pan evenly.
  • Freeze for 45-60 minutes until hardened.
  • Cut into 18 squares and enjoy.

Store in the freezer for best texture.
