These Healthy Protein Balls are a delicious and nutritious snack, perfect for a quick energy boost!

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
  • pinch salt
  • 1–2 tbsp water or unsweetened milk (as needed)

Instructions 

  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla; mix until dough forms.
  • Adjust consistency with water or milk if needed.
  • Shape into balls and place on a tray.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in chocolate chips or dried fruit.
