Instructions
Make the ranch dressing by shaking all dressing ingredients in a jar.
Marinate cooked chicken with about 1/3 of the dressing for at least 15 minutes.
Cook chicken in a heated pan until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the salad by adding greens to a bowl, topping with vegetables and chicken, then toss with remaining dressing before serving.
Notes
