Dry Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Pastry Flour (Whole Wheat)
  • 10 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 3 scoops Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Coffee
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 3 ounces Water
  • 5.3 ounces Greek Yogurt (Fat Free Vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate Chips (Dark)

Fresh Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocado (mashed)

Instructions 

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips.
  • Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
