Enjoy these nutritious and delicious turkey avocado wraps, perfect for a quick lunch or on-the-go meal.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 lb sliced turkey breast (preferably roasted or cooked)
  • 2 ripe avocados (sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or spinach leaves
  • 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced)
  • ½ red onion red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • optional sliced cheese, pickles, or mustard (for extra flavor)

Instructions 

  • Lay out tortillas and spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt if using.
  • Layer turkey, avocado, greens, tomato, and onion on each tortilla. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge, folding sides in to secure.
  • Slice diagonally if desired and serve immediately or wrap for portability.

Notes

For added flavor, include sliced cheese or mustard.
