Enjoy these nutritious and delicious turkey avocado wraps, perfect for a quick lunch or on-the-go meal.
Ingredients
Tortillas

whole wheat tortillas

sliced turkey breast
(preferably roasted or cooked)

ripe
avocados
(sliced)

cup
shredded lettuce or spinach leaves

medium
tomato
(thinly sliced)

red onion

(thinly sliced)

light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
(optional)
to taste
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
optional
sliced cheese, pickles, or mustard
(for extra flavor)
Instructions
Lay out tortillas and spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt if using.
Layer turkey, avocado, greens, tomato, and onion on each tortilla. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge, folding sides in to secure.
Slice diagonally if desired and serve immediately or wrap for portability.
