Ingredients

Base

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Crushed peanuts (for topping)
  • Mini vegan chocolate chips (for topping)
  • Drizzle melted dark chocolate (for topping)

Instructions 

  • Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix peanut butter, coconut oil, and date syrup until smooth.
  • Add protein powder, vanilla, and salt; stir until thick.
  • Spread mixture into pan and add toppings, pressing gently.
  • Freeze for 1 hour until firm, then slice and serve.
