A delicious and filling burrito combining seasoned beef, flavorful rice, and melted cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Instructions
Cook rice: combine rice, broth, chiles, and tomato paste in a saucepan. Bring to boil, cover, and simmer 15-18 mins. Fluff and set aside.
Cook beef: brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 2 mins. Mix in refried beans.
Warm tortillas: microwave wrapped in damp paper towel for 30 seconds.
Assemble burritos: place 1/3 cup rice and beef mixture on each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, fold sides, and roll tightly.
Cook burritos: in a skillet over medium heat, seam-side down, cook 2 mins per side until golden and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime before serving.
