A fresh and flavorful tuna salad packed with herbs and zesty lemon, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.
Ingredients
Canned Tuna

albacore tuna in water, 4 oz each

mayonnaise

dijon mustard

celery, finely chopped

Instructions
Drain tuna and flake into a bowl.
Add all ingredients and mix until combined.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
Serve over salad, on toast, or in a wrap.
Refrigerate up to 5 days.
Notes
Adjust salt and pepper to taste. For extra flavor, add chopped dill pickles.
