Ingredients
Meat

Lean ground beef (90/10 or 93/7)

Onions

Bell peppers

Mushrooms

Diced tomatoes

Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
Sauté onions and bell peppers if desired.
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot and mix thoroughly.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Sprinkle remaining cheese during last 30 minutes; serve once melted.
