A delicious high-protein meatloaf topped with Parmesan and sauce, perfect for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef (or Ground Turkey (Lean))
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs (or 4 Large Egg Whites)
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
  • ½ Cup Pizza Sauce (or Pasta Sauce)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients except half of Parmesan and sauce, then mix.
  • Place mixture in a pan coated with non-stick spray.
  • Top with remaining Parmesan and sauce, then bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.

Notes

Use lean meat for a healthier option.
