A delicious high-protein meatloaf topped with Parmesan and sauce, perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients
Meat

Ground Beef (or Ground Turkey (Lean))

Rolled Oats

Large
Whole Eggs (or 4 Large Egg Whites)

Teaspoon
Italian Seasoning

Cup
Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)

Cup
Pizza Sauce (or Pasta Sauce)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except half of Parmesan and sauce, then mix.
Place mixture in a pan coated with non-stick spray.
Top with remaining Parmesan and sauce, then bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
Use lean meat for a healthier option.
