Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Greek Yogurt (Plain (High Protein!))
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dill Weed (Dried or 1 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh)
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • ½-1 scoop Protein Powder (Unflavored (Optional))
  • 1 cucumber Cucumber
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Xanthan Gum (Optional to thicken!)

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and xanthan gum in a bowl.
  • Grate cucumber and fold into the mixture.
  • Chill for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh cucumber for best flavor and texture.
