7ginstant dry yeast
480mlwarm water
4tbspolive oil(plus extra for brushing)
780gstrong bread flour(plus extra for rolling)
1.5tspsugar
1.5tsptable salt
Instructions
Mix yeast with warm water and let foam for 5 minutes.
Add oil, flour, sugar, and salt; mix and knead for 10 minutes until sticky but smooth.
Let dough prove in an oiled bowl for 60-90 minutes until doubled.
Divide dough into 12 pieces, roll into flatbreads about 19cm diameter and ½ cm thick.
Heat oil in a pan, cook each flatbread 60-90 seconds per side until bubbles form and golden.
Stack cooked flatbreads, cover with a towel to keep warm until serving.
