Instructions
Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Add melted butter, salt, garlic powder, and gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth.
Let dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out dough and cut into strips. Place on baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and herbs; brush over breadsticks. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle dried parsley or herbs before baking.
