Enjoy these easy, customizable homemade granola bars packed with oats, nuts, and dried fruit for a healthy snack.
Ingredients

honey or maple syrup

peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix oats and almonds in a bowl. Gently heat honey and peanut butter, then stir in vanilla and salt.
Combine melted mixture with dry ingredients, then fold in dried fruit and chocolate chips if using.
Press mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cool completely, then cut into 12 bars and enjoy.
