Enjoy these easy, customizable homemade granola bars packed with oats, nuts, and dried fruit for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (Optional) (for a sweeter version)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Mix oats and almonds in a bowl. Gently heat honey and peanut butter, then stir in vanilla and salt.
  • Combine melted mixture with dry ingredients, then fold in dried fruit and chocolate chips if using.
  • Press mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  • Cool completely, then cut into 12 bars and enjoy.
