Instructions
Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, and honey; let sit until frothy.
Add olive oil, salt, and gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.
Knead dough until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out dough and cut into strips; brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, herbs, and Parmesan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with melted butter and additional herbs before baking.
