Enjoy these nutritious and delicious homemade protein energy bars, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 10 teaspoons Instant Coffee
  • 6 scoops Protein Powder (Chocolate)

Wet Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Milk Substitute (or Milk)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Rice Syrup (or Honey)
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 16 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet)

Instructions 

  • Process oats until flour-like consistency.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Heat a pan on low and add wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
  • Gradually add dry mixture, mixing well.
  • Press mixture into a pan and top with chocolate chips, pressing them in.
  • Refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars.
