Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

Milk Substitute (or Milk)

Brown Rice Syrup (or Honey)

Instructions
Process oats until flour-like consistency.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Heat a pan on low and add wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
Gradually add dry mixture, mixing well.
Press mixture into a pan and top with chocolate chips, pressing them in.
Refrigerate until firm, then cut into bars.
