Ingredients

Dough

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Activate yeast in warm water for 5 minutes until frothy.
  • Mix in flour, salt, rosemary, and olive oil; knead until smooth.
  • Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Shape dough, let rise for 30 minutes, then score and bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes.
  • Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a stronger rosemary flavor, sprinkle additional chopped rosemary on top before baking.
