Ingredients

Dough

  • 375 grams all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 235 ml warm water

Instructions 

  • Mix all ingredients and knead until elastic dough forms.
  • Divide dough into 16 balls, flatten slightly, cover, and rest for 15 minutes.
  • Roll each ball into 7-inch disks.
  • Heat a griddle over medium heat and cook flatbreads one by one until puffed and golden, flipping with tongs.
  • Serve immediately or store covered for up to 2 days.

Ensure the griddle is properly heated for best results and watch the flatbreads closely to prevent burning.
