Instructions
Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey to make the spicy sauce.
Combine drained tuna with half of the spicy sauce.
Assemble the bowl by placing rice at the base, topped with spicy tuna, cucumber, nori, green onions, and sesame seeds. Sprinkle furikake over the top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the sesame seeds before adding.
